In this role, you will be the central bridge connecting our legal experts with Commercial, Product, Privacy, Corporate, Finance, and IT teams. You will examine how our legal ecosystem operates today, pinpoint operational bottlenecks, and design scalable solutions that keep pace with our global growth.

Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day work will center on building efficiency and driving strategic alignment across multiple functions.

Evaluate, roll out, and maintain legal tools such as contract lifecycle management, intake systems, and knowledge repositories.
Partner closely with Commercial, Finance, and IT teams to refine cross-departmental approval workflows and minimize review cycles.
Analyze team performance metrics to give legal leadership clear visibility into project pipelines, risk profiles, and resource allocations.
Design simple documentation, self-service guides, and training sessions so internal stakeholders can navigate legal needs with confidence.
Oversee outside vendor relationships, technology licensing, and budget tracking systems.
Actively hunt down manual, repetitive legal tasks and replace them with automated solutions.

Requirements

We are looking for a pragmatic builder who combines operational rigor with strong tech aptitude.

Proven track record managing legal operations, legal technology rollouts, or operational workflows in a fast-paced technology company.
Direct experience configuring and administering platforms like CLM tools, workflow automations, and ticketing queues.
Strong quantitative skills and the ability to turn operational metrics into clear, actionable recommendations.
Clear and empathetic communication style across all levels of an organization, from engineers to executive leaders.
Independent problem-solving ability and the focus needed to thrive in a distributed, remote work setting.
