Key Responsibilities

Provide expert legal advice and strategic support across our client’s diverse business units.
Skillfully draft, meticulously review, and confidently negotiate a broad spectrum of commercial contracts and vital legal documents.
Ensure unwavering compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, safeguarding the client’s interests.
Offer robust legal support for innovative product development and impactful marketing initiatives.
Actively assist with critical regulatory matters, staying ahead of evolving legal landscapes.
Facilitate clear and effective communication with external counsel and relevant regulatory bodies when circumstances require.

Requirements

Hold a recognized legal qualification.
Possess 2-3 years of Post Qualified Experience (PQE) gained within Banking, Corporate, M&A, Technology, or Regulatory practice areas. This experience should ideally come from reputable law firms or leading financial institutions.
We welcome applications from candidates currently in both law firm and in-house environments.
Demonstrate exceptionally strong drafting skills, a critical asset for this role.
Achieve fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, essential for effective communication in a global context.
