Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and train robust deep learning speech systems that handle real world challenges like background noise and diverse accents.
Lead applied research and experimentation to push our speech models to the next level.
Collaborate closely with machine learning scientists and engineers to take models from research straight into production.
Shape the technical roadmap for our voice interfaces and conversational AI architecture.

Requirements

A degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical industry experience.
At least 6 years of relevant professional experience building and scaling machine learning systems.
Strong hands on experience with a major deep learning framework such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
High energy, adaptability, and excitement for thriving in a fast paced startup environment.
