From establishing new corporate entities and localized payroll to optimizing vendor relationships and scaling recruiting operations, your work directly enables our engineers and product teams to move fast without breaking things. Key Responsibilities

Lead core business operations across multiple international markets seamlessly.
Manage, mentor, and grow a dedicated team of Business Operations Partners.
Set up new company offices and legal entities while ensuring local regulatory compliance.
Implement efficient payroll systems and localized operational workflows.
Manage strategic vendor relationships and optimize operational spend.
Support global recruiting operations to help us attract and retain top tier talent.
Execute cross-functional special projects that directly support company scaling goals.

Requirements

Proven experience in business operations, startup scaling, or special projects management.
Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of managing high performing teams.
Deep understanding of global compliance, entity setup, payroll, and vendor management.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fully remote, and asynchronous work environment.
Outstanding communication skills and a bias for action and problem-solving.
