As our new Lead Software Architect, you will spearhead enterprise wide architecture initiatives, set our long term tech strategy, and deliver bulletproof distributed systems. This position is one of the highest levels of individual technical contribution in our company.

Key Responsibilities

Design and guide the development of scalable, highly resilient, and secure distributed systems.
Define the long term technology strategy and architecture standards for cloud native ecosystems.
Collaborate closely with engineering teams, stakeholders, and clients to align technical solutions with business goals.
Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
Evaluate emerging technologies and frameworks to keep our tech stack ahead of the curve.

Requirements

Over 10 years of professional software engineering experience with a strong focus on enterprise architecture.
Deep expertise in cloud native technologies, modern distributed systems, and performance tuning.
Proven track record of designing and launching large scale software solutions in production environments.
Valid work authorization including U.S. citizenship, Green Card, EAD, or H 1B transfer status.
