In this crucial role, you will specifically focus on building innovative regulatory technology solutions for banks, regulators, and other regulated financial institutions adopting digital assets. Key Responsibilities

Define and evangelize the product vision and strategy for CertiK's digital asset security and regulatory technology products, specifically targeting financial institutions.
Lead the entire product lifecycle from strategic planning and ideation through development, launch, and continuous iteration, ensuring alignment with market needs and company objectives.
Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and gather deep customer insights to identify new opportunities and inform product roadmaps.
Collaborate extensively with engineering, design, sales, marketing, legal, and compliance teams to ensure seamless product development and successful market adoption.
Translate complex regulatory requirements and technical capabilities into clear, actionable product specifications and user stories.
Act as a subject matter expert on digital asset regulation, blockchain security trends, and the needs of traditional financial institutions in the Web3 space.
Champion product quality and user experience, ensuring our solutions are robust, intuitive, and address critical security and compliance challenges.
Mentor and guide junior product managers or cross-functional team members, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Requirements

At least 5+ years of progressive product management experience, with a strong focus on digital assets, blockchain, fintech, or regulatory technology (RegTech).
Demonstrated experience shipping B2B or enterprise SaaS products, particularly those serving financial institutions.
A deep understanding of Web3 technologies, blockchain protocols, smart contracts, and the broader digital asset ecosystem.
Familiarity with financial regulations applicable to digital assets (e.g., AML, KYC, data privacy) and the challenges faced by regulated entities.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and drive consensus in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of articulating complex ideas to diverse audiences.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to product decisions.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; a Master's degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
Comfortable working autonomously in a fully remote, global team setting.
