About the Role

As our Lead Marketer, you will be the driving force behind our brand's presence in the market. Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor the marketing team to achieve excellence.
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and high-impact campaigns.
Generate and convert high-quality leads into tangible sales opportunities.
Build and maintain long-term, professional client relationships.
Identify new business opportunities through rigorous market research.
Coordinate multi-channel marketing efforts across digital and traditional platforms.

Qualifications and Skills

A minimum of 7+ years of relevant marketing experience with a proven record of achieving revenue targets.
A B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field; an MBA is considered a distinct advantage.
