We are seeking a visionary Lead Engineer, Wealth Management Apps to join our team. This is a crucial, hands on technical leadership role where you will drive the development of complex wealth management products and systems, actively raising the engineering bar for our entire organization. This is a fully remote position, open to exceptional talent worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

Provide hands on technical leadership, guiding the design, development, and deployment of cutting edge wealth management applications.
Take full technical ownership of complex product features and system architectures, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
Actively contribute to the codebase, leading by example with clean, efficient, and well documented code.
Elevate engineering excellence across the team through code reviews, mentorship, and the promotion of best practices.
Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Identify and mitigate technical risks, ensuring robust and performant application delivery.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Lead Engineer or in a similar senior technical leadership role, with a strong focus on wealth management, fintech, or complex financial applications.
Demonstrable expertise in designing, building, and scaling mobile first applications and robust backend systems.
Exceptional proficiency in modern programming languages and frameworks relevant to high scale application development.
Strong understanding of architectural patterns, distributed systems, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Experience with database technologies, both relational and NoSQL.
A deep commitment to code quality, test driven development, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.
Excellent problem solving abilities, with a track record of tackling complex technical challenges.
