Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Veeva Quality Cloud implementations, guiding clients through discovery, design, configuration, testing, and deployment phases.
Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring successful delivery outcomes.
Facilitate engaging client workshops and discussions, translating complex business requirements into elegant, practical solutions.
Mentor and inspire project teams, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes growth and high performance.
Drive client adoption and value realization, ensuring our solutions deliver tangible benefits and achieve strategic objectives.
Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans to keep projects on track.
Cultivate strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders, serving as a primary point of contact and an expert advisor.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of Veeva's implementation methodologies and best practices.

Requirements

Extensive experience in leading enterprise software implementation projects, preferably within a SaaS environment.
Demonstrated success in project management, including strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Prior experience within the Life Sciences industry is highly valued, particularly with Quality Management Systems (QMS) or other regulatory compliance solutions.
Exceptional leadership abilities, capable of motivating teams and guiding clients through complex transformations.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for clear articulation of ideas and effective stakeholder management.
A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
This is a fully remote, global role, requiring strong self-management and collaboration skills in a distributed team setting.
