Overview

As our new Lead Consultant, you will spearhead client engagements focused on improving procurement and supply chain functions using cutting edge SAP technologies. You will drive project success across large scale implementations or steer smaller engagements as a project manager. This is your chance to mentor brilliant minds, shape client strategies, and ensure every milestone meets the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary functional or project lead to ensure deliverables stay on schedule and within budget.
Map out client workflows by documenting current processes and designing future states.
Draft comprehensive requirement and specification documents that accurately reflect client goals.
Configure the system precisely to match approved specifications and business needs.
Design detailed testing scripts and actively guide clients through the testing phases.
Deliver engaging presentations to senior stakeholders and guide your team through daily tasks.

Requirements

Deep expertise in SAP technologies focusing on buying, invoicing, procurement, or supply chain modules.
Proven background in leading functional workstreams and managing client relationships.
Strong experience in writing functional specifications, configuring systems, and executing test scripts.
Exceptional leadership skills with a natural ability to coach, mentor, and motivate project teams.
Clear communication skills for presenting complex ideas to senior stakeholders.
