We're creating a smart assistant designed to proactively manage conversations, errands, organization, and workflows, dramatically reducing the time users spend on these tasks, potentially by over 90 percent. As our Lead Brand Designer, you will be instrumental in defining A1's presence in the world. This is a fully remote, worldwide opportunity where your designs will embody our brand across every touchpoint, from crucial product launches and our website to recruiting efforts, social media, presentations, merchandise, and all marketing initiatives. You will be a key architect in building a truly global AI brand from its very foundations.

Key Responsibilities

Architect, develop, and continuously evolve A1's core visual identity and comprehensive brand guidelines.
Lead the design and production of compelling launch materials, diverse marketing assets, impactful presentations, and engaging social media content.
Craft visually stunning graphics for our website, ensuring a consistent and delightful user experience.
Design captivating collateral for recruiting campaigns, internal communications, and external events.
Oversee the design of branded merchandise, creating tangible representations of our brand's personality.
Ensure absolute brand consistency and visual excellence across all internal and external communications and platforms.
Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure a unified brand experience.
Provide strategic input and creative direction for all visual aspects of the A1 brand.

Requirements

A proven track record with at least 5+ years of experience in brand design, visual design, or a related field, ideally within the technology or AI sectors.
A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing your expertise in developing and implementing comprehensive brand identities across various mediums.
Exceptional proficiency with industry-standard design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
Deep understanding of branding principles, typography, color theory, visual hierarchy, and composition.
Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating design decisions and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling visual narratives.
Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality.
