What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities

As our Lead BI Manager, you will be instrumental in driving our data strategy and analytical capabilities. Your work will directly influence critical business decisions and strategic growth across our portfolio.

Lead the charge in transforming raw, unstructured data into actionable insights, without relying on pre-built, clean models.
Develop and maintain robust BI solutions, dashboards, and reports that provide a clear view of business performance.
Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and executive teams to understand their data needs and deliver impactful analytical support.
Identify key trends, opportunities, and potential risks within our extensive datasets to guide strategic initiatives.
Mentor and guide other team members, fostering a culture of data literacy and analytical excellence.
