Key Responsibilities

Lead the conceptualization and development of innovative visual strategies and design systems for a diverse range of digital products and platforms.
Provide expert art direction and mentorship to a team of designers, ensuring the highest standards of creative excellence and brand consistency.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including strategists, UX designers, developers, and project managers, to translate complex ideas into compelling visual narratives.
Present and articulate design concepts and rationale to clients and internal stakeholders with confidence and clarity.
Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in visual design, user experience, and digital innovation.

Requirements

Demonstrable experience as an Art Director or a similar senior creative leadership role, ideally within a digital agency or a fast-paced in-house environment.
A powerful portfolio showcasing a diverse range of cutting-edge digital projects, highlighting strong conceptual thinking and impeccable execution.
Expert proficiency with industry-standard design and prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Deep understanding of user experience (UX) principles, information architecture, and responsive design methodologies.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, essential for leading teams and engaging with clients.
