Key Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Set the standard for design excellence, mentor junior architects, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous professional development.
- Design Oversight: Lead concept development, oversee design reviews, and ensure that every project reflects our high quality-assurance standards.
- Technical & Multidisciplinary Coordination: Act as the bridge between architectural vision and engineering reality. You will lead coordination meetings, resolve clashes, and ensure that all documentation is construction-ready.
- Project & Client Management: Manage project programmes, represent the firm in high-level client presentations, and ensure all design changes are managed with professional precision.
- Strategic Impact: Drive the adoption of modern technologies, including BIM and Revit, to enhance productivity and design quality.
Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking a leader who possesses both technical brilliance and professional maturity. You will be expected to resolve complex architectural and design coordination matters independently, ensuring efficiency across our growing project pipeline.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture.
- Professional registration with the Architects Registration Council of Nigeria (ARCON) is strongly preferred.
- Membership of the Nigerian Institute of Architects (NIA) is strongly preferred.
- Extensive experience in leading architectural teams and managing complex, multidisciplinary projects.
- Advanced proficiency in Revit, BIM, AutoCAD, and construction detailing.
- Exceptional communication, client-facing skills, and a proven ability to mentor and develop staff.
