Key Responsibilities

Define the end-to-end architecture for all AI solutions, covering crucial components like data pipelines, model storage, inference engines, and front-end integration.
Evaluate, select, and champion the optimal "tech stack" for our long-term needs, including specific Large Language Models (LLMs), vector databases, and orchestration frameworks.
Establish and champion best practices for MLOps, ensuring consistent coding standards, meticulous model versioning, and streamlined deployment strategies across our engineering teams.
Design highly scalable, resilient, and secure AI infrastructure that supports our current and future growth.
Collaborate closely with business leaders and engineering teams, translating strategic objectives into actionable architectural plans.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence within the AI engineering group.
Stay ahead of emerging AI trends and technologies, continuously identifying opportunities for their application within enGen.

Requirements

Proven experience as an AI Architect or in a similar lead architectural role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful, large-scale AI system designs.
Deep understanding of the entire AI/ML lifecycle, from data ingestion and model training to deployment and monitoring.
Expertise in designing scalable and secure data pipelines, model storage solutions, and inference architectures.
Extensive knowledge of current AI technologies, including various LLMs, vector databases, and MLOps orchestration frameworks.
Demonstrated ability to establish and enforce MLOps best practices.
Exceptional communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
