Mercor is actively seeking a talented Voice Actor specializing in CX Agent Voice Cloning for Spanish (Latin America). This is a contract opportunity offering a highly competitive compensation of up to $150 per hour. The role is fully remote, a truly worldwide opportunity, requiring a commitment of just 5 to 10 hours per week. You will play a crucial role in developing advanced AI voice models that will redefine customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Record diverse, high-quality voice samples covering a wide range of scripts, including conversational dialogue, narrative passages, and clear instructional content.
Deliver speech that is clear, natural, and highly expressive, maintaining strong control over tone, pacing, and accurate pronunciation.
Ensure consistent voice, accent, and delivery across all recording sessions, contributing to a cohesive voice profile.
Adhere strictly to detailed recording guidelines, which include specifications for your recording environment, microphone setup, and file formatting standards.
Perform multiple takes as needed, experimenting with variations in emotion, emphasis, and stylistic approaches to provide comprehensive options.

Requirements

You must be a native Latin American Spanish speaker, currently residing within Latin America.
Possess the ability to speak a neutral, internationally intelligible Spanish.
Demonstrate proven experience in voice acting, dubbing, narration, or podcasting, with a portfolio showcasing your versatility and skill.
