About the Role

As a Knapsack Sprayer Marketer, you will be the face of our brand in the field. Your primary mission is to promote, demonstrate, and drive the sales of our high-quality knapsack sprayers. You will engage directly with farmers, agricultural cooperatives, and local retailers to ensure our tools reach those who need them most to enhance their productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Field Sales & Demonstrations: Execute hands-on product demonstrations to showcase the features and reliability of our sprayers.
• Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong networks with agricultural stakeholders in Shagamu and surrounding areas.
• Sales Excellence: Consistently strive to meet and exceed ambitious sales targets through proactive outreach.
• Customer Advocacy: Provide expert advice on product usage and maintenance, ensuring every customer feels supported.
• Reporting: Keep management informed by providing clear, concise data on sales activities and market trends.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Candidates should possess an NCE qualification.
• Experience: A minimum of 5-8 years of professional experience is required. While sales or agricultural experience is an advantage, we are looking for passionate, driven individuals ready to excel.
• Proximity: Crucial Requirement: You must reside very close to the Shagamu Mechanic Village. Please note that applications from those living far away will not be considered.
• Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills and fluency in the local language/dialect are highly preferred.
• Character: We value honesty, integrity, and a relentless drive to succeed.
