Overview

This is a fully remote, worldwide opportunity where you will act as the principal technical advisor for our most strategic GPU cloud customers. You will bridge the gap between complex engineering challenges and stellar client experiences, empowering developers to train and deploy advanced AI models at a scale that few others can match.

Key Responsibilities

Design, deploy, and scale cutting-edge AI solutions for key enterprise accounts.
Manage massive GPU workloads involving hundreds or even thousands of interconnected GPUs.
Collaborate closely with internal sales and product development teams to drive business growth.
Troubleshoot complex infrastructure roadblocks spanning compute, storage, and networking.
Advise clients on optimizing their model training pipelines and inference execution.

Requirements

Deep, hands-on experience architecting and scaling machine learning or AI infrastructure.
Advanced knowledge of large-scale GPU orchestration and modern cloud environments.
Exceptional client-facing communication skills with a knack for translating tech into business value.
Proven ability to troubleshoot high-stakes performance bottlenecks in distributed systems.
