Staples Furniture is searching for a driven Key Account Executive to manage strategic relationships across Southern California and Southern Nevada. This is a fully remote position that lets you operate from your home base while making a massive impact worldwide through large-scale contract furniture solutions. If you love building relationships, closing big deals, and working with C-suite executives, you will fit right in.

Key Responsibilities

Manage strategic accounts with regional, super-regional, and national footprints to ensure top-tier service and continuous growth.
Lead weekly Customer Ownership Team calls to collaborate with support staff and address client needs proactively.
Visit customer locations in person to close furniture deals and introduce innovative product lines and service solutions.
Identify and resolve account support weaknesses by developing value-added solutions alongside internal teams.
Coordinate swift responses to high-priority account manager requests, including mandatory site visits.
Partner with Customer Success Consultants to handle administrative burdens so you can maximize your selling time.
Communicate seamlessly with C-level executives, vendor partners, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

Must currently live in Southern California or Southern Nevada.
Proven background in managing large accounts and closing complex B2B sales deals.
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build rapport with executive leadership.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a talent for cross-functional collaboration.
Self-motivated mindset with the discipline required to thrive in a remote work setting.
