This fully remote, worldwide opportunity seeks a Junior Product Manager who will own a distinct product area from conception to completion. You will be instrumental in discovery, definition, delivery, and continuous iteration. A unique aspect of this role is our innovative "agentic PM loop," where AI tools handle much of the analytical heavy lifting. This means you can focus more on truly understanding customer needs, making strategic prioritization decisions, and leading cross-functional collaborations. You will partner closely with our Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success teams to deliver products that delight customers and achieve measurable business success.

Key Responsibilities

Take full ownership of a specific product area, guiding it through the entire product lifecycle from initial research and ideation to launch and ongoing improvements.
Conduct thorough discovery efforts to deeply understand customer problems, market opportunities, and competitive landscapes, leveraging AI agents to assist with data synthesis and pattern identification.
Define clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria that align with our strategic vision and customer needs.
Collaborate continuously with engineering teams during development, providing clarity, making timely decisions, and ensuring solutions meet defined specifications.
Work closely with design partners to create intuitive, user-friendly experiences that solve real problems for healthcare providers and patients.
Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to gather feedback, support product adoption, and ensure a seamless experience for our users.
Prioritize features and initiatives based on strategic impact, technical feasibility, and business value, always with an eye towards measurable outcomes.
Monitor product performance post-launch, analyzing data, gathering user feedback, and identifying opportunities for iteration and enhancement.
