EXL invites aspiring software developers to step into a challenging yet incredibly rewarding Junior Developer role. This is a fully remote opportunity within the United States, designed specifically for recent college graduates eager to build a robust career in application development and production support. You'll work closely with diverse teams, contributing to vital client projects within the insurance sector. While primarily remote, please note that this role requires mandatory attendance at a two-week on-site Training Workshop in our Indianapolis office to ensure a comprehensive and collaborative onboarding experience. This position offers an annual salary range of $45,000 to $55,000.

Key Responsibilities
