Key Responsibilities

Developing and implementing robust backend services specifically for our AI Chatbot products.
Building large scale software systems that will positively impact the daily lives of millions of customers.
Actively exploring and integrating cutting edge LLM applications to significantly improve chatbot performance and overall user experience.
Engaging in underlying infrastructure and architecture upgrades, performance tuning, resolving online incidents, and system refactoring to maintain optimal operation.
Writing high quality, clean, and maintainable code, adhering to engineering best practices.
Guiding junior engineers in their daily work and actively participating in knowledge sharing initiatives.

Requirements

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent industry experience.
Over eight years of professional experience in a related software development field.
Strong core Java programming skills and a willingness to continuously learn and master new technologies within the Java ecosystem and beyond.
