Overview

As part of our vibrant, global team, you'll be managing your very own recruitment projects from the initial candidate search all the way through to successful placement. This is a truly independent role, allowing you to work flexibly from anywhere in the world. For your initial three months, we'll provide a comprehensive paid onboarding and training program. This period is dedicated to helping you master our client portfolios, internal systems, and recruitment methodologies, all while you kickstart building your own robust candidate pipeline. Following this structured training, you'll transition to an exciting uncapped commission model, directly linking your incredible efforts to your earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

Independently manage full-cycle recruitment processes for various customer service and multilingual roles across Europe.
Proactively source, engage, and screen top-tier Italian-speaking candidates, ensuring a perfect fit for our international clients.
Cultivate and maintain strong candidate pipelines, utilizing your agency recruitment expertise.
Provide an exceptional candidate experience from first contact to successful placement.

Requirements

Demonstrable experience as a recruitment consultant, specifically within an agency setting.
Native or near-native fluency in Italian, both written and spoken.
A proven track record in full-cycle recruitment, particularly for customer service or multilingual positions.
Strong comfort and enthusiasm for building candidate pipelines independently.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of thriving in a remote, freelance environment.
