About the Role
In this role, you will act as the primary technical presence in our Buenos Aires office, blending remote collaboration with hands-on on-site support. You will tackle help desk tickets using state-of-the-art AI-powered tooling, manage the hardware and software that keeps our workspace running smoothly, and partner with our Workplace Experience team during office builds and modifications. This position is a permanent, full-time employment opportunity requiring a hybrid schedule of one to three days per week in the Buenos Aires office.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support and resolve internal help desk tickets efficiently.
- Utilize cutting-edge AI-powered support tooling to streamline daily troubleshooting tasks.
- Manage office technology infrastructure and ensure reliable day-to-day operations.
- Collaborate with the Workplace Experience team for on-site tech setups, builds, and space modifications.
- Support major company moments by maintaining flawless audiovisual and network setups.

- Proven experience providing hands-on IT support in a dynamic office environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for helping colleagues succeed.
- Familiarity with modern help desk software and AI-driven support platforms.
- Ability to work in a hybrid capacity based in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
