Overview

As an IT-PMO, you will play a pivotal role in the continuous improvement and operational excellence of our client's project and portfolio management landscape. You will be instrumental in enhancing the Triskell software, guiding external partners, designing robust processes, and providing essential support to end-users. Key Responsibilities

Product Development for PPM and Financial Management Tools: Lead the functional evolution of the Triskell software, encompassing everything from tool administration and configuration management to orchestrating release cycles. You will also provide occasional first-level support, ensuring smooth operations for our users.
Vendor and Implementation Partner Management: Effectively coordinate external partners, meticulously defining and prioritizing requirements. You will oversee the implementation process from start to finish, conducting thorough testing and acceptance of all changes to ensure they meet our high standards.
Process Design in Project and Portfolio Management: Analyze and design robust end-to-end processes across project management, portfolio management, and project controlling. A core aspect of this role involves translating complex business requirements into streamlined, efficient tool workflows.
User Enablement and Support: Empower our user base by planning and delivering comprehensive training sessions. You will create clear guidelines and "how-to" documents, and provide ongoing support, ensuring users can maximize the tools' potential and feel confident in their use.

Requirements

Proven experience as an IT-PMO or an IT Sub-Project Lead. Experience within the banking or insurance sectors is a significant advantage.
Prior involvement in IT projects covering areas such as security, software development, cloud technologies, or infrastructure is highly beneficial.
