Key Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to spot new opportunities for workflow improvements.
Analyze and document potential enhancements while pinpointing the best technology options to deliver them.
Focus heavily on the Supply Chain (Procurement) and Commercial (CRM) modules within the IFS ERP platform.
Build system improvements independently or partner seamlessly with internal development teams to push updates live.
Bring your expertise to other areas of the IFS ERP solution when cross functional support is needed.

Requirements

Proven experience working as an IT Functional Analyst or in a closely related technology bridging role.
Solid hands on technical understanding and configuration experience with the IFS ERP solution.
Deep familiarity with Supply Chain, Procurement, and Commercial CRM business processes.
Strong communication skills with a natural talent for translating business needs into technical requirements.
