In this role, you will sit at the crossroads of business needs and advanced technology. You will guide our Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem forward, ensuring our platforms scale effectively as we grow. Key Responsibilities

Design robust and scalable solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations and Customer Engagement.
Lead end to end implementations, system extensions, and complex data migrations from the ground up.
Act as the primary bridge between business requirements and technical execution, translating needs into clean code and architecture.
Provide hands on development support while guiding other engineers on best practices and performance optimization.
Troubleshoot system bottlenecks and ensure seamless integration across our enterprise landscape.

Requirements

Seven to twelve years of overall experience working within Microsoft Dynamics environments.
At least three or more years of dedicated, hands on expertise specifically with Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations and CE.
Proven background serving in both technical lead and senior developer capacities on enterprise projects.
Strong grasp of X++ development, data management frameworks, integrations, and Azure services.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non technical partners.
