We are currently seeking an experienced ISDA Negotiator to join our distinguished bench. In this fully remote, global role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our top-tier clients across the banking and financial services sector, tackling sophisticated derivatives documentation and master agreements.

Key Responsibilities

Negotiation of a wide array of relevant legal documents, including ISDA Master Agreements.
Drafting, reviewing, and executing other critical derivatives documentation.
Engaging directly with clients and counterparties to ensure agreements align with commercial objectives and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

A minimum of two years' professional experience working with derivatives documentation and negotiation.
Demonstrated ability to expertly draft, review, and negotiate ISDA agreements.
Solid knowledge of the core principles, practices, and procedures involved in ISDA related negotiation and execution.
Experience gained in an in-house financial services environment would be a distinct advantage, though it is not a mandatory prerequisite.
Excellent communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
