Key Responsibilities
- System Deployment: Lead the deployment and maintenance of routers, switches, firewalls, and integrated hardware/software solutions.
- Strategic Planning: Execute network projects, including detailed planning for IP addressing, routing protocols, and switching configurations.
- Performance Monitoring: Proactively monitor network health, including latency and uptime, to ensure we meet and exceed client SLAs.
- Incident Management: Troubleshoot complex network issues, perform root cause analysis, and execute emergency interventions in data center environments.
- Leadership and Mentorship: Mentor technical support teams and conduct quarterly training sessions to enhance the collective expertise of our staff.
- Operational Excellence: Maintain detailed network documentation and deliver performance reports to leadership.
Who We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate is a self-motivated professional with a deep passion for network strategy. You should possess:
- Education: A degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or Computer Engineering.
- Certifications: Professional certifications such as MTCRE, CCNA, CCNP, or CCIE are required.
- Technical Expertise: Strong working experience with BGP, TCP/IP, and VLAN configurations.
- Professional Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, strong sales acumen, and the ability to bridge the gap between technical operations and business objectives.
