Key Responsibilities

Craft sharp earnings releases, prepared remarks, and comprehensive Q and A briefings for quarterly results calls.
Develop guidance setting and revision recommendations backed by thorough scenario support.
Design compelling investor day materials, IR presentations, equity story decks, annual general meeting packages, and deal announcements.
Evaluate the shareholder register to gauge activist vulnerability while formulating dividend and capital return strategies.

Requirements

At least four years of hands on experience in an in-house investor relations role at a public company.
Proven direct ownership of an entire earnings cycle covering the release, script, Q and A, and analyst engagement.
An IRC charter from NIRI, previous sell side equity research background, or IR agency experience will definitely make your application stand out.
