Position: Investment Banking Expert - Evaluator
Type: Contract
Compensation: $150 to $220 per hour

Key Responsibilities

Develop precise, task-specific grading criteria for complex banking deliverables. This includes real-world financial models and in-depth valuation analyses.
Rigorously score both AI-generated and human work samples against these established criteria. You will provide detailed written justifications for every score you assign.
Apply consistent, evidence-based judgment in all evaluations. Your goal is to ensure scores are reproducible and completely defensible.
Seamlessly incorporate structured feedback from senior reviewers. You will iterate quickly on your work to continuously improve.
Operate independently and asynchronously to meet all deadlines. Your contributions directly improve AI model performance in a tangible way.

Requirements

A minimum of two years of professional investment banking experience. This should be at the associate level or above.
A proven background with leading global investment banks or elite advisory boutiques.
Deep fluency in three-statement and transaction modeling. Strong expertise in various valuation methodologies is also essential.
