The Role
As an Inventory Control Analyst, you will serve as a vital support function within our operations. This role is perfect for a candidate who excels at maintaining precision in data management and logistical planning. You will be responsible for ensuring that our supply chain remains seamless and efficient.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and revise shipment schedules to ensure timely distribution and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct thorough analysis of inventory levels, production rates, and demand forecasting to establish optimal reorder points.
- Minimize inventory overhead costs while maintaining high product availability.
- Prepare comprehensive inventory reports and perform regular cycle counts to ensure data accuracy.
- Support management by performing basic financial analysis and maintaining routine financial documentation.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: 8-15 years of proven professional experience in inventory management or related operations.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in MS Excel and prior experience working with ERP systems are essential.
- Skills: Exceptional organizational skills and a strong understanding of industry-standard inventory practices.
