The Opportunity: International Student Recruitment & Conversions Officer

As our International Student Recruitment & Conversions Officer, you will be at the forefront of attracting, engaging, and successfully enrolling prospective students into our partner institutions worldwide. This is a critical, target-driven role that blends student recruitment, expert admissions support, strategic conversion initiatives, and vital business development. You will manage the entire student journey, from initial inquiry to final enrolment, ensuring an exceptional student experience while directly contributing to RGR's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities You Will Embrace:

• Student Recruitment & Conversion: Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, converting leads into successful applications and confirmed enrolments. You will execute effective conversion strategies through calls, webinars, events, and consistent follow-ups, consistently striving to achieve monthly enrolment, revenue, and performance targets.
• Student Counselling & Admissions Support: Provide expert advice to students on diverse courses, universities, and study destinations. Guide applicants through every stage of admissions, documentation, and visa application processes, offering accurate information on entry requirements, scholarship opportunities, and critical deadlines.
• Academic & Application Document Support: Assist students in crafting compelling CVs, personal statements, and all necessary supporting documents. You will guide the development of research proposals where required, meticulously review and edit application materials to meet international standards, ensuring all applications are competitive and aligned with institutional requirements.
• Admissions Processing & Compliance: Accurately process and evaluate student applications, verifying the authenticity of documents and qualifications. You will maintain up-to-date knowledge of admission criteria and visa regulations, ensuring full compliance with both institutional and regulatory requirements.
• Marketing, Sales & Business Development: Actively generate leads through outreach initiatives, strategic partnerships, and targeted campaigns. Participate in recruitment events, school visits, and educational fairs. Support digital marketing and social media engagement efforts, while building and maintaining strong relationships with partner institutions and MOU partners, identifying and developing new business opportunities.
• Data Management & Reporting: Maintain accurate records within our CRM and admissions systems. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as applications, conversions, and enrolments, analyzing data to continually refine and improve recruitment strategies. Prepare comprehensive reports for management and stakeholders.
• Customer Service & Student Experience: Deliver prompt and professional responses to all enquiries, maintaining high-quality student engagement and satisfaction. Efficiently resolve any issues and maintain detailed interaction records, ensuring a seamless and positive applicant experience throughout their journey with RGR.

Who We're Looking For:

To excel in this role, you should possess a blend of experience, skills, and personal attributes:

• Education: OND, HND, Bachelor’s degree, or MSc. Relevant certifications in admissions or international education are a distinct advantage.
• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, admissions, sales, marketing, or customer service. Experience in a target-driven environment is essential, and prior international education experience is highly desirable.
• Skills & Competencies: Strong sales, conversion, and negotiation skills are paramount. You must possess excellent communication and presentation abilities, strong organizational and multitasking capabilities, and proficiency in CRM and data management. Expertise in customer service and relationship management is key, as is the ability to work effectively under pressure and consistently meet deadlines.
• Personal Attributes: We seek individuals who are target-driven, proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills. Cultural awareness and adaptability are crucial, as is being a strong team player who can also work independently. Above all, a genuine passion for international education is essential.

Salary Structure:

• Probation (3–6 months): ₦120,000 – ₦200,000
• Post-probation (performance-based): ₦150,000 – ₦300,000
