Key Responsibilities

Designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality, secure, and performant Rust codebases for critical components of the 1Password ecosystem.
Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to bring innovative features to life.
Driving continuous improvement in our development processes and tools, championing best practices for code quality and reliability.
Participating in code reviews, providing constructive feedback, and mentoring other team members to foster a culture of growth.
Troubleshooting complex technical issues and contributing to the ongoing stability and security of our platform.

Requirements
