Join our nimble frontend team at Squad, where we are actively shaping a sophisticated web platform for ML data annotation. Our daily work involves a dynamic mix of creating brand new features from the ground up and continuously refining our existing, robust data annotation tools. Every piece of work, whether you are designing a visual editor or updating an older codebase, adheres to our high standards. We rely on architecture documents as the ultimate source of truth, prioritize small, thoroughly reviewed pull requests, enforce strict linting and type checks, maintain a dedicated component book for every UI element, and integrate an AI-assisted workflow into our development process. This is a fully remote, worldwide opportunity, allowing you to contribute from wherever you are.

Key Responsibilities

Implement new, small UI components and complete partial user interface designs.
Create detailed entries for our component book, ensuring consistency and clarity.
Write comprehensive tests to ensure the reliability and stability of our applications.
Address and resolve small bug fixes within legacy projects, always with the guidance and review of an experienced mentor.
Gradually expand your ownership, moving from focused tasks to managing small features from conception to deployment.
