Key Responsibilities: Charting the Course

Develop, meticulously maintain, and regularly status the program’s Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) using Microsoft Project.
Ensure the IMS features fully networked logic, precise dependencies, and seamless alignment with program objectives and strategic goals.
Proactively identify and analyze critical paths, potential schedule risks, and opportunities for optimization.
Conduct thorough schedule analyses, including baseline performance reviews, critical path analysis, and variance reporting.
