In this role, you will lead the charge in delivering advanced technical training for the offshore oil and gas industry. Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and teach advanced level theory and practice using modern learning methodologies, role plays, simulations, and e learning platforms.
Analyze knowledge and skills gaps to align On Job Training programs with operational goals in coordination with line supervision.
Create and facilitate simulator training alongside comprehensive procedure competency assessments.
Evaluate learner performance meticulously and generate detailed progress reports.
Recommend innovative learning solutions to continuously elevate program quality.

Requirements

Hold a Bachelor degree in Engineering or an equivalent relevant discipline.
Bring at least 6 years of solid experience in the offshore oil and gas industry.
Possess a minimum of 3 years of dedicated instructional or training experience.
Demonstrate a strong background in plant processes, production equipment, and basic DCS process control systems.
Showcase proven expertise in procedure development, operational analysis, and maintenance practices.
