As our new Instructional Designer, you will play a vital role in advancing these broadband initiatives while growing your own career inside a supportive, mission-driven organization.

Key Responsibilities

Design and build engaging, learner-centric instructional materials for various formats including online modules, webinars, and self-paced courses.
Translate complex technical and regulatory content into clear, accessible, and visually appealing training programs.
Manage the learning management system efficiently to ensure smooth course delivery, tracking, and reporting.
Collaborate closely with subject matter experts on the Regulatory Affairs team to identify learning gaps and training needs.
Evaluate the effectiveness of current learning programs and continuously update content based on feedback and industry changes.

Requirements

Proven experience as an instructional designer, learning experience designer, or similar role.
Strong background in working with learning management systems and modern authoring tools.
An exceptional ability to break down intricate, technical information into digestible, engaging lessons.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with remote team members.
A genuine passion for digital inclusion, broadband expansion, and continuous learning.
