Overview

Nebius Academy serves as our international online learning platform where individuals and teams gain mastery over AI and cloud technologies. As our new Instructional Designer, you will take complex engineering concepts and translate them into engaging, hands-on learning experiences for both B2C and B2B audiences. You will collaborate directly with our brilliant engineers and subject matter experts to design courses that truly resonate with modern tech professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop comprehensive, hands-on courses focusing on Nebius AI Cloud and related technologies.
Translate advanced technical topics into clear, accessible, and engaging educational content for diverse learners.
Partner closely with engineers and product teams to gather accurate technical information and real-world use cases.
Create interactive learning activities, assessments, and practical labs that reinforce key concepts.
Continuously evaluate and update existing course materials to keep pace with rapid advancements in AI and cloud infrastructure.

Requirements

Proven experience in instructional design, specifically within the tech, software, or cloud computing sectors.
Strong technical literacy with the ability to understand and break down complex AI and ML infrastructure concepts.
Exceptional writing, editing, and visual communication skills in English.
A passion for online education and a track record of creating engaging digital learning experiences.
Ability to work independently in a fully remote, globally distributed team environment.
