Key Responsibilities
As an Independent B2B Tech Sales Representative, you will be the face of our business-to-business outreach. Your primary focus will be to:
- Strategically map out and physically pitch our services to corporate offices, tech hubs, and mid-sized enterprises across key Lagos business districts (including Ikeja, Victoria Island, and Lekki).
- Navigate corporate structures, bypass gatekeepers, and successfully pitch directly to key decision-makers such as CTOs, IT Directors, and Heads of Infrastructure.
- Leverage RDAS Solutions' established credibility and proven track record with Tier-1 financial and educational institutions to win client trust.
- Promote our high-demand, low-barrier-to-entry offerings, specifically our 'Cloud Cost Optimization Audits' and 'Database Health Checks.'
- Maintain and log a clean sales pipeline, transferring warm, interested leads to our technical team for scoping and final technical alignment.
Who We Are Looking For
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- At least 2+ years of aggressive corporate field sales or B2B tech sales experience within the Nigerian market.
- An active, pre-existing network or contact list of IT managers, business owners, or technology directors (this is a massive advantage).
- Exceptional presentation, personal grooming, and verbal communication skills.
- Absolute resilience, a self-starter mindset, and the ability to work independently without constant supervision.
