This is a fully remote opportunity, allowing you to work from anywhere in the world while operating within Central Time hours. You will serve as the first point of contact, offering compassionate guidance and expert advice to caregivers seeking the best options for their loved ones. Key Responsibilities

Your daily activities in this pivotal role will include:

Becoming an expert resource for families on senior care options, delivering an exceptional experience aligned with our company mission.
Handling inbound, pre-screened leads from your home office as an inside sales representative, working an assigned shift with strong schedule adherence.
Conducting in-depth initial consultation calls with families to understand their unique circumstances.
Educating families on customized senior care options, working to find the senior living communities and home care providers that best match their specific needs.
Acting as the liaison between families and senior housing communities or care providers, once you successfully complete the comprehensive 4-week new hire training program.
