We are seeking energetic, result-driven In-Shop Sales Agents to join our growing team.
About the Role
In this dynamic role, you will be stationed at designated 3C HUB retail phone outlets. Your primary mission will be to engage walk-in customers, promote Flexi Microfinance Bank's competitive phone financing solutions, and guide customers through the onboarding and loan application process. This position is perfect for individuals who possess strong communication skills, persuasive selling abilities, and a genuine passion for helping customers access quality mobile devices through flexible, stress-free payment plans.
Key Responsibilities
As an In-Shop Sales Agent, you will play a critical role in customer acquisition and brand representation. Your daily activities will include:
- Active Engagement: Approaching and engaging walk-in customers at 3C HUB retail locations to introduce Flexi MFB’s mobile installment financing options.
- Product Education: Explaining financing features, interest-free details (where applicable), payment plans, and eligibility criteria clearly and professionally.
- Onboarding Support: Assisting customers with their applications, verifying documentation, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
- Collaboration: Working closely with store staff and Flexi MFB operations teams to ensure fast, efficient loan processing and approvals.
- Performance Tracking: Keeping detailed records of daily leads, applications submitted, successful conversions, and other key sales metrics.
- Compliance & KYC: Following up with pending customers to complete applications while strictly adhering to company verification and KYC guidelines.
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should meet the following criteria:
- Education: Minimum of an Ordinary National Diploma (OND), National Certificate in Education (NCE), or equivalent qualification.
- Experience: Prior experience in sales, field marketing, retail banking, or telecom product promotions is a strong advantage, though not mandatory.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and rapport-building capabilities.
- Tech Savviness: Basic computer literacy and comfort using smartphones or digital onboarding applications.
- Mindset: A result-driven, resilient attitude with a strong focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
