This physician role is crucial in delivering comprehensive, personalized health evaluations directly to people's front doors. You will engage with patients, foster trusted relationships, and help simplify healthcare one person, one family, and one community at a time. This is a part-time position, offering a flexible schedule for in-home visits primarily within the Lansing, MI region.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct thorough in-home health evaluations, lasting approximately 45 minutes per visit.
Engage with patients in a compassionate and respectful manner, building rapport and trust.
Identify and address gaps in care, contributing to improved patient health outcomes.
Provide comprehensive health assessments that help tailor personalized care plans.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient visits and findings.

Requirements

A valid medical license to practice as a Physician in the state of Michigan.
Board certification or eligibility in a primary care specialty (e.g., Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics) is preferred.
