Overview

As an Implementation Specialist at ClassWallet, you will serve as the trusted advisor for our public agency clients as they adopt our digital wallet platform. You will lead the onboarding journey, configure solutions to meet unique agency needs, and ensure everyone involved feels confident using our technology. Our team has processed over six billion dollars to date, and we need someone detail oriented and client focused to help us maintain that standard of excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end implementation lifecycle for new state and local agency clients.
Collaborate closely with clients to understand their specific operational requirements and configure the platform accordingly.
Conduct engaging training sessions and webinars for agency administrators and program recipients.
Troubleshoot early technical hiccups and coordinate with internal product and engineering teams to resolve issues quickly.
Document best practices and build out resources that make future implementations even smoother.

Requirements

Demonstrated experience in client-facing implementation, customer success, or technical onboarding roles.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills with a natural talent for explaining technical concepts simply.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a knack for keeping multiple projects organized at once.
Familiarity with financial technology, SaaS platforms, or working within public sector environments is a big plus.
A self-starter attitude with the ability to thrive independently in a fully remote work setting.
