As an Implementation Manager at Shopmonkey, you will become the primary guide for our customers as they start their journey with our platform. You get to be the expert who shows them the ropes, answers their toughest questions, and sets them up for long term success in the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout their entire onboarding and implementation phase.
Provide friendly, clear, and professional support across all features of the Shopmonkey product suite.
Lead engaging training sessions to ensure customers feel confident using our tools from day one.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to coordinate deliverables and keep projects moving smoothly.
Design and communicate customized solutions that empower shop owners to grow their businesses.

Requirements

Bring at least two years of relevant professional experience, or solid hands on knowledge of the automotive industry.
Possess exceptional communication skills with a natural ability to connect with people and explain complex ideas simply.
