We are seeking a part-time HVAC Career Coach to support our students through engaging live workshops and optional one-on-one coaching. It’s important to understand this isn't a traditional employment role with guaranteed income. Here is how this opportunity works: you will host a live, one-hour, seminar-style workshop for students. You are compensated $50 for each workshop you lead. Additionally, you retain any private coaching business you acquire from students, providing a direct path to increase your earnings based on your impact and student demand. We also offer exclusive coach referrals to further support your growth.
