Overview

BlackBox Strategies is partnering with a forward thinking client to deploy HubSpot across Marketing, Sales, Service, and Operations Hubs. We need a senior contractor who can step in, align the platform with real go to market workflows, and deliver a production ready instance. This is a fixed scope, one time implementation focusing entirely on architecture, build, rigorous quality assurance, and a clean handoff.

Key Responsibilities

Architect HubSpot across all major hubs to ensure seamless cross departmental functionality.
Design the core data model, lifecycle stages, deal pipelines, and custom objects.
Configure advanced workflows, automated lead routing, and behavioral scoring models.
Implement and validate integrations connecting the platform to the client existing tech stack.
Partner with stakeholders to support data migration, thorough cleanup, and QA testing.
Build customized dashboards and reporting views for both operational teams and executive leadership.
Document every aspect of the system architecture and record key implementation decisions.
Deliver a fully polished, production ready HubSpot environment accompanied by documentation.

Requirements

Proven track record as a senior HubSpot architect with multiple end to end implementations under your belt.
Deep expertise across CRM, Marketing, Sales, Service, and Operations Hubs.
Exceptional skills in data modeling, workflow automation, lead routing, and third party integrations.
Strong background in data migration strategy, hygiene, and rigorous quality assurance.
