The Role

The HSE & Admin Officer position is a dynamic dual-function role designed to foster a safe, compliant, and highly efficient work environment. You will serve as the primary advocate for safety culture while managing critical administrative and logistical functions that keep our power plant operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Health, Safety & Environment (HSE):

Champion the implementation and monitoring of rigorous HSE policies and regulatory standards.
Conduct regular safety trainings, toolbox talks, and emergency drills to ensure staff preparedness.
Lead incident investigations and maintain robust reporting systems to drive continuous safety improvements.
Oversee Permit-to-Work processes and manage site-specific risk assessments.

Administration & Logistics:

Oversee site-level administrative duties, including attendance, travel logistics, and visa processing.
Coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure the timely arrival of essential materials and spare parts.
Manage external service providers, including security, catering, and transport, ensuring high standards of vendor performance.
Support cost control measures and provide essential administrative oversight to stakeholders.

Who You Are

To succeed in this role, you should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related technical field, paired with at least 5 years of professional experience in HSE and site administration. Your expertise should be backed by a current NEBOSH certification. Proficiency in SAP and an understanding of supply chain processes will set you apart as a top candidate.
