Overview

As an HR Coordinator II, you will serve as a central figure in our Human Resources department, providing crucial support for our leave and accommodation programs in a multi-state environment. This position involves direct daily management of our leave system, alongside delivering comprehensive administrative assistance to the broader HR team and leadership. You will be a primary contact point for employee inquiries, ensuring timely and professional resolutions while upholding our commitment to exceptional service. This is a fully remote role, open to talent globally. While our team operates on East Coast hours, making it an ideal fit for those in the Southeastern United States or other locations who can effectively align with this schedule, we welcome applications from across the globe.

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive support for all Leaves and Accommodations responsibilities, including the daily maintenance and accurate upkeep of our LOA system.
Coordinate vital communications with both leadership and the HR Team as necessary, ensuring everyone stays informed.
Proactively manage the HR and Leaves inbox, meticulously responding to employee inquiries and routing messages to the appropriate individuals in a timely and professional manner.
Offer essential administrative support to the Vice President of Human Resources, contributing to the efficient operation of the department.
Assist diligently in preparing various HR-related reports, important documents, and engaging presentations.
Contribute to the successful planning and execution of internal Team events and valuable training sessions.
Undertake other general administrative and HR-related tasks as needed to support departmental goals.

Requirements

Demonstrated experience supporting leave and accommodation programs within a multi-state or nationwide organizational structure.
Proven ability to manage HR communications effectively, delivering clear and concise messages.
