Stride is looking for a passionate educator to join our virtual classrooms as a High School CTE Principles of Arts, A/V Tech and Communications Teacher. This is a fully remote role open to educators based in Texas who want to make a lasting impact on students pursuing creative and technical pathways. You will guide learners through specialized online coursework while helping them discover their unique passions and map out their future careers.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging virtual instruction focused on arts, audio/video technology, and communications.
- Support student growth by managing the online learning process and addressing individual needs.
- Monitor academic progress closely through our advanced learning management system.
- Collaborate actively with students and parents to advance learning goals.
- Guide students in developing post-secondary success plans utilizing online career exploration tools.
Requirements
- Hold a valid state certification or alternative certification in Career and Technical Education.
- Possess the required credentials in Industrial Art, Technology, or Trade and Industrial Education.
- Current residency in the state of Texas.
- Proven ability to foster an inclusive and diverse online learning environment.
